Every @alsayegh.com attendee is verified against the Workspace directory the moment you save. A typo is flagged here within a minute, with the closest real address suggested.

Colleagues across all the group’s Workspace domains resolve automatically from the staff directory — nothing to maintain. People outside it, such as partners at Infya or 100 Architects, you add once with Add number and it is remembered against their email address for every future meeting. Anyone still unresolved is listed here as No mobile number on file rather than being silently skipped.

Only real changes — time, date, location, link, attendee list — re-arm the buttons. Someone simply accepting the invite will never make you re-send.

24 hours and 2 hours before the meeting, anyone who still hasn’t responded reappears here for a nudge. Everyone who already accepted stays hidden.
